RCS: RC Simplified®

There is no training needed to use RC Simplified™.  It provides a text entry interface and simply asks the same questions a facilitator would ask. As the user answers questions the software creates a Realitychart – cause and effect chart.

With RC Simplified™ you can easily document problems and email them to a trained facilitator, supervisor, manager, etc. for further analysis and consideration.  You can also import your analysis into RealityCharting®  v7.

In addition you can purchase “RC Coach” or upgrade to “RC7 RealityCharting v7″or “RC7 RealityCharting v7 + RC Coach”or “RC7 RealityCharting v7 + RC Coach + IA Investigator Accreditation”, to help you document, print and share your analysis.

Option 2:  RealityCharting® v7 software is a comprehensive problem solving tool used to implement and manage your team’s root cause analysis efforts.

Includes RC Coach™ a self-paced online learning experience that delivers training content via the Internet. The RC Coach™ course teaches the essential aspects of problem solving and addresses different learning styles with varied activities and numerous exercises.

Once trained, the student can become an Accredited Investigator (IA) at no additional cost (a $295 value).  Accreditation is used to ensure key people who do investigations and problem-solving meet a high level of knowledge and skills.  Additional Facilitator Accreditation is available at additional cost.

RealityCharting®  Enterprise software is a comprehensive problem solving tool used to implement and manage your team’s root cause analysis efforts.  It resides on a user’s server environment and displays the application through a user’s web browser.

Maintenance Agreement is optional and license quantities is available starting with ten-seat (10) concurrent use license.

  • Customization Work:   Customization work to deploy the RealityCharting®Enterprise software is common and we can work with you to integrate your programs and processes unique needs.
  • License Quantities:   The Enterprise software is available starting with a ten-seat (10) concurrent use license. Additional seats available in increments of (10) with progressively lower cost per license.

Standard Configuration:

  • RealityCharting® Enterprise software is a .Net Framework based application utilizing a SQL Server or Oracle database.  It resides on your server environment and displays the application through a user’s web browser.
  • The standard configuration utilizes the Microsoft® Windows® Server environment based on a Server 2012 operating system, IIS 7.5 with Web Deploy 3.0, .Net Framework 4 and SQL Server® database.
